1. Service Guarantee

At Spotless SA Facility Services, we are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning solutions with attention to detail. If you are not satisfied with a service, we encourage you to contact us within 24 hours. We will review the issue and offer a re-clean or alternative resolution at our discretion.

2. Booking & Cancellation

All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, we require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice. Cancellations made without sufficient notice may incur a fee.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. For recurring contracts or custom packages, an invoice will be issued with a specified payment window. Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

4. Safety & Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and accessible environments for our staff. Any unsafe conditions or restricted access may result in service delays or cancellation.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any personal or property-related information. Our staff are trained to maintain strict confidentiality during all services.

6. Damage & Liability

While we take utmost care in our work, Spotless SA Facility Services is not liable for pre-existing damages or fragile items not disclosed beforehand. Any accidental damage will be assessed fairly and addressed according to our insurance policy.

7. Use of Products & Equipment

We provide our own professional-grade cleaning products and tools unless a client specifically requests the use of their materials. If so, Spotless SA is not responsible for the effectiveness or side effects of such products.
